Today I’m celebrating a birthday—and I’m not taking it for granted. After an insanely tough 2025, I’m just grateful. Grateful to still be here. Grateful for breath in my lungs, lessons in my spirit, and a future that still has my name on it.

This year I’m choosing peace over pressure, purpose over performance, and progress over perfection.

If you too have been in a hard season, keep going. You don’t have to be Over it to be growing through it.

Thank You, God, for another year

In one of my favorite books of all times (The Alchemist). Santiago's journey home would turn into the most rewarding. Let's just say... I'm on my way.

7 miles under the belt today, and I fell at the 7 mile marker. I laughed so hard, what Joy. Who finds Joy in falling down?!? Answer, the person who knows where they're going. 😉
