We are lucky to have a good sleeper but when they wake all through the night and you’re up reading stories from 5 the thought of my morning run wasn’t appealing .. no energy so I thought I’d start and see what happened.. exercise is so good for your mental health, wellbeing and that’s why I got into this world.. to encourage and support others on their journey to being active..being adventurous..finding some time for yourself in this busy old world we love in..be it yoga with your little one crawling all over you or a run when someone else can help out... today I went to the sea through fields, coastal paths.. saw the end of sun rise .. I met lots of other runners dog walkers cyclists all out enjoying the early morning.. it wasn’t about speed or distance .. it reenergises me and great for the head and the day ahead.. I hope you have found your bit of sparkle today x 🙏 🏃🏿‍♀️ 🚴‍♂️🎺🛴🚤🎉

Exciting news! Emily Chappell (yes THAT Emily Chappell) is joining us tomorrow (Friday 17) for our weekly interval session.

Le Loop are looking to involve more women in the event so we are going to meet Emily tomorrow, show her what BellaVelo is all about and start planning for Le Loop 2019!

Hope to see as many of you there.. check website (link in bio) for details or contact @charlieridesbikes

About Tuesday evening: SUP yoga 🧘‍♀️ combined with 🐟 jumping out of the water, getting stuck in trees 🌲, a stand off with a boat 🚣🏼‍♀️ and a last minute impromptu unwanted dip into the Thames .
