BEST. WEEK. EVER!!!!!

There truly aren’t enough words to describe how grateful I have felt this entire Homecoming week. Never in a million years did I think I would be gifted the opportunity to represent my beloved university as a member of Homecoming Royalty!!

To my fellow Lions, thank you for voting for me!! Your love and support over the past few weeks has been absolutely overwhelming and I couldn’t be prouder to be a part of such an amazing community💚💛

To my lip sync team, WE DID IT so so proud of all of us for putting in the hours of hard work and dedication- and taking home first place!! 🥇 We truly were the dream team, thank you for making my last homecoming so special.

To @trisigma_slu , @selugreekiv , and @southeasterncomm thank you for being my biggest cheerleaders these past few weeks!! Feeling the support from my favorite organizations and department has meant the world to me and I’m so so thankful for you all!!!

To my partner, Charlie, thank you for keeping me steady all week- both emotionally and while walking in heels. I am so proud of you and no one is more deserving to be King 👑

This week will be a memory I cherish for the rest of my life!! Thank you thank you thank you Southeastern!!! Forever and always LION UP 🦁

I genuinely don’t have the words to express how much Southeastern Louisiana University means to me. Growing up in this amazing town and community, I always knew Southeastern would hold a special place in my heart. Being able to call this beautiful campus my home and represent it on the 2026 Homecoming Court is an honor I will forever be grateful for! Southeastern has given me countless opportunities, lifelong friendships, and memories that I will cherish for the rest of my life. I truly couldn’t imagine my journey being any more special!

To my family, friends, sorority, organizations, and my Southeastern and Hammond community, thank y’all from the bottom of my heart for the endless love and support you’ve shown me. I wouldn’t be the woman I am today without the incredible people who have loved me and walked alongside me through every chapter. I’m beyond thankful for each of you, and I hope you know just how much you mean to me. I love y’all more than words can express! To @traversbenoit_21 , thank you for being the BEST Homecoming partner ever and making this experience even more special! And a HUGE congratulations to @charliestew11 & @taniecedelestre ! There couldn’t be two more deserving people, and I’m so incredibly happy for y’all! I love y’all so much!

My biggest advice to anyone at Southeastern is to get involved, step outside your comfort zone, say yes to new opportunities, and cherish every moment. The people you meet and the memories you make will become some of the most meaningful parts of your journey. Make the most of every opportunity and enjoy every second because these years truly are so special!

TYJ, and so much love to everyone who has made this experience one I will hold close to my heart forever. I will always be proud to call Southeastern home. Always remember to keep shining bright! LION UP!! 🦁🎶💚🎉

Best. Hoco. EVER!!!
This was truly a day full of wins. We had good food, even better friends, and the best vibes! The lions won the game 🏈, I got to see my beautiful bestie Ragan on court and my bro Charlie win HOMECOMING KING👑, but most importantly, I got to celebrate two of my favorite people💚💛
Kait and Collin, words can’t even describe how happy I am for you guys. You both mean so much to me and I am so incredibly blessed to be able to witness you enter into this next big chapter of life. Congratulations you two! Love y’all🫶
