If your feet can't handle the traffic, you’ll never find the open lane.

We are bringing energy to the turf with this high-tempo group agility progression designed to test spatial awareness, reaction, and rapid deceleration under game-like pressure:

Tight Cone Ring Navigation: Forcing quick lateral cuts, tight turning radiuses, and low hip posture through a congested circle drill.
Change of Direction (COD): Teaching young athletes how to plant with the outside foot, absorb force, and redirect immediately without false steps.

Pursuit & Spatial Awareness: Training visual scanning and pacing so athletes learn how to maneuver around moving bodies at full speed.

Real agility is built when competition meets precision. Let’s work.

🏙️ Charlotte is 90 minutes from the Triad — and you don’t need to spend a lot to have an amazing day with your kids.

ImaginOn is basically a free children’s museum. Romare Bearden Park has a free downtown splash pad. Freedom Park is 100 acres of free outdoor space. And that’s just the start.

We updated our complete guide to cheap and free things to do in Charlotte NC with kids.

Comment “FREE CLT” for a DM with the full guide, or click here 👉 https://triadmomsonmain.com/cheap-and-free-things-to-do-in-charlotte-nc-with-kids/
