2025.
I could not imagine what the last 365 days would have been like without these people + some not pictured (you know who you are).

By far the biggest highlight of the year was the energy I chose to surround myself with and I could not have had any better🫶🏻

Who’s redoing it?

So proud of everyone in all of our communities around the world challenging themselves and putting themselves out there every week for The Process Open Throwdown.

Good luck to everyone giving it another go!

🌑 ☀️ Two very contrasting settings within 24 hours last weekend. Thank you for everyone that supported either/both events. Gonna continue hibernating for the week.

A little recap of the SHELTER One for One challenge—which feels like a lifetime ago now, but has only been a couple of weeks. We doubled our original goal and raised HK$200,000 for Harmony House! These funds will go directly to helping support victims of domestic abuse.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to everyone who donated, and a special thank you to @wmhkinternational and @maekan for their generosity.

Each of us ran 25km, that’s 63 laps around Aberdeen Sports Ground, in the pouring rain. Happy to say my body is no longer broken, but my heart is still full 😂❤️

Big shoutout to Coach @jasonlamjasonlam and our support team, @patwenko @leotheasian & other dad Jason, for the confidence and the push, and to our bestest of friends who rocked up in pretty shitty weather conditions—your WOO!!s really cut through the rain. 🫶🏻

Thank you to @10x_longevity & @upperhouse_hkg for making recovery that much easier, and @denisedeniselai for her legendary banana bread. 🍞 And I can’t forgot to mention husband-man @benandujar who ran more than half the distance by my side and saw me through to the end ❤️

But the reallll MVPs?? @charmaintsoi @whosvicki.jpg @purpletinasnaith @jenmackay @keiko143 @carolkgtam @little_miss_teacher_taryn - we ran together for a something bigger than ourselves, and we got it done! The last 5kms were roughhh, but seeing your determination made me keep going—that’s something you can’t train for, and that’s special. 💫
Love you all! X

It turns out, mind really does win over matter.

I never imagined running 25km, let alone completing 500 laps around the track and covering over 200,000 meters as a team.

With the support of our friends, family, and donors, The @shelterathletics “One for One” challenge raised over $200,000 HKD ($25,000 USD!) for @harmonyhousehk. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated, including partners @wmhkinternational and @maekan

We did it! @charmaintsoi @jenmackay @jessichloe @keiko143 @little_miss_teacher_taryn @purpletinasnaith @whosvicki.jpg

What’s next, coach @jasonlamjasonlam ?
