History was made at the Oscars, now let’s deconstruct it in Ealing. 🎬✨
The @blacklifted_ Film Club and @caribbeanafricancollective are heading to

@actonecinema this Wednesday,
25th March, to witness Ryan Coogler’s masterpiece, SINNERS. 🩸🎸

With 16 nominations and 4 Oscar wins (including Best Screenplay!), this isn’t just a movie—it’s a blueprint for the future of Black cinema.

Whether you’re a director, DOP, writer, or just a lover of elevated storytelling, you need to be in the room for this one.

📍 Where: ActOne Cinema, Ealing
⏰ When: Wednesday, 25th March
🤝 Meet: 7:15 PM

Film Starts: 7:50 PM
Come for the vampires and the 1930s Mississippi blues—stay for the networking and the post-film deep dive. It’s gonna be a late one. Let’s build.

✨ Tomorrow’s the day! ✨

I’ll be at the Whitton Library craft fair and would love to see you there 💛

I’m bringing along a selection of hand-illustrated greeting cards, postcards, notebooks and bookmarks, plus some spider plants potted in repurposed homeware — each one a little bit different.

I’ll also be offering personalised illustrations, perfect for thoughtful gifts or something special just for you or a loved one. Some with a relationship/valentines/milestone theme.

It’s a lovely, community-focused event in a welcoming space, last year we had a friendly cat visitor which was fun.

Do pop in, have a browse, and say hello. I look forward to seeing some friendly faces! 📚🌿

Something we could never explain to you guys - You have no idea how much we love opening all our messages and comments from you guys, you make us feel so supported and our hard work and creativity appreciated and we could never explain what that means to us.

Meeting some of you in person at the festival is always our highlight of our year because we get to talk face to face with the people that make our business possible and we absolutely love that - THANK YOU 🥹🧿

Here’s another week and another opportunity for us to bring you new and exciting things from our Turkish Cypriot culture - we hope you love it xx
