It’s officially been 5 years since I made the transition into becoming a personal trainer, and I couldn’t be more grateful for this journey. God definitely gave me a true purpose. Over these years, I’ve been blessed to not only witness the transformation and growth of my clients, but also my own personal and professional development.

I’ve learned valuable lessons, built lasting connections, and created a community that feels more like family—supporting each other both inside and outside the gym. These past 5 years have shown me that fitness goes far beyond physical results.

I am excited for what’s to come and motivated to continue inspiring, guiding, and growing with my team. Here’s to many more years of progress, passion, and purpose!

We’re six months into 2025, with a little less than six months to go.

How do you feel about your results so far?

Focus on being consistently consistent! Be consistent with working out 3–5 days a week. Be consistent with dialing in your nutrition—stop crushing a good workout only to waste it on fast food and other BS. Look into what foods are beneficial for your blood type.

Stay properly hydrated (cut back on liquor and wine). Improve your range of motion and mobility by spending time foam rolling, stretching, or even getting a massage. Prioritize recovery—that means taking time off when needed, both from work and workouts. Be present and enjoy life.

And most importantly—rest. Make sure you’re getting enough quality sleep.

Let’s take all of this into consideration and finish the second half of the year even stronger.
