I labored for 19 long hours, and when it led to my C-section, I was scared knowing that was one of my biggest fears but I would go through every moment of that pain all over again just to see your face. The tears, the fear, the exhaustion… all worth it the second you were here.
This year flew by faster than I ever imagined. Watching you grow into this happy, beautiful little boy has been the greatest blessing of my life. There were days I felt overwhelmed and wanted to give up, but you gave me the strength to keep pushing every single time.
Thank you for making me your mommy.
