This music video tells the true story of a producer fighting for a new creative direction with his six artists — only to have the label deny the advance and push for a pop sound instead. This is a film about vision, conflict, and what happens when artists choose authenticity over industry expectations.

Most people think you need a psychology degree to help people professionally. You don’t. You need a method that works, and someone who’s actually used it in the room, with real clients, for years.

Unconscious Mind Therapy isn’t theory. It’s what I’ve built and refined treating anxiety, weight, smoking, phobias, addiction — the stuff that quietly wrecks people’s lives.

By the end of the week, you won’t just understand it. You’ll be able to do it. On real people. As a real practitioner.

This is for people who’ve been through something themselves, and want to turn that into a skill — and a living — helping others.

5 days. 28th September – 2nd October. UMT Academy.

So today I did something wayyy out of my comfort zone
After seeing @menandtheiremotionscharity needed volunteers down at @ukbeachfest today I said let’s do it ….
Great to meet so many people that have entertained me online for a long time and great to talk and listen to a lot of fellas feeling able to talk about stuff going on in their personal lives .
Have I been guilty of fobbing off men’s mental health …most definitely yes …but one thing the last 10 years has taught me is I’m human too and my canister has taken a damn good hiding .
I’ve spent a lot of years being the guy everyone feels comfortable coming to when they have got something going on and I’m proud and privileged to feel that people can open up to me ,
But … I’m guilty of not opening up myself and locking myself in myself and locking myself away .. my own worst enemy.

Lets keep talking men

Together it’s easier
Thank you to everyone today 👌
