Sometimes a concept is not created to become the final result.
Sometimes its role is to move the project forward💫

This wedding arch was one of those concepts.

While it was never realized exactly as shown here, it became an important step in the design process. Some of the ideas from this version later found their way into the final concept, helping shape the project that was eventually created.

I think this is true not only in design.

Not every step leads directly to the destination, but every step teaches us something, helps us see new possibilities, and brings us closer to the right solution.

In my previous reels, I shared the final version of this project. Today I wanted to show you one of the ideas that helped me get there.

This wedding arch project was one of the most special ones I’ve had so far.

It was my first time designing an arch concept completely from scratch — not just visualising an idea, but developing the whole thing: the structure, the shape, the direction.

The brief was inspired by French Art Nouveau, with specific references the client wanted to bring in.

And from there the real work began. 🙂First concept, change of direction, more sketches, refinements — until the concept finally came together.

Honestly this is what real creative work looks like. It took several days, a lot of sketching and a lot of «hmm, not quite yet.»

I always tell my students — ideas don’t just appear. They evolve. And the only way to get there is to keep drawing, keep exploring, keep making decisions. That’s what builds your eye and your instinct over time.

Sketching a moment they will remember forever ✨
These visualizations help couples see the idea before everything is built in real life and enjoy their moment with confidence.

This project is very special to me — I was also responsible for creating the wedding arch concept based on the client’s brief.

There were multiple directions and iterations along the way, and in the end it all came together into a visual concept for a ceremony designed for two loving hearts, created to make their day truly unforgettable.
