WHAT A YEAR!! 🤯

It’s honestly hard to believe my first year at Texas Tech is already over.

This year has been one of the biggest transitions of my life. Balancing engineering classes, projects, job fairs, swim meets, FSAE, late-night hangouts, random side quests, and somehow surviving the academic chaos, definitely made for a memorable first year.

There were highs, lows, wins, mistakes, long nights, and moments where I genuinely questioned if I could keep up. I met incredible people, made great friends, lost some people along the way, and learned lessons that honestly changed my perspective on a lot of things.

Being far from home was difficult at first, but somewhere along the way Lubbock started feeling a little more like home too. Crazy enough… I actually kinda like it here now.

From snow days (yes, it actually snows here) to spontaneous adventures and unforgettable memories, this year pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me grow more than I expected.

Grateful for every opportunity, every challenge, and every person who became part of this journey. Year one at Tech officially complete.

District was awesome this year! Had some new best times and I couldn’t ask for more than that. I’m really happy with all the hard work that this team put in this season, love you guys. Can’t wait to see what we’re gonna do at region! Shoutout to @hunter_szp for pushing me to my limit, love you bro.
