FOUR MONTHS of Sheff 🤍

Sheffler is:
- Full on laughing out loud, and it might be the cutest giggle I’ve ever heard.
- Rolling over front to back and back to front.
- Teething (🫠) has two front bottom teeth and a third one coming in. Drool is everywhereeee.
- Grabbing onto things and somehow, always making sure it finds a way to his mouth.
- Noticing the dogs and absolutely loving them.
- Hitting the four month sleep regression…hard. But I’m so thankful he’s given us three full months of great sleep.
- Making all kinds of noises and squeals.

I always wondered why people listed out what their baby was doing month by month, and now I get completely get it. I want to look back and remember every single little thing that he did and soak in every stage.

We love you so much, SJ!

Happy birthday, babe! Year 35 is going to be a hard one to beat - I can’t wait to continue watching you be the best daddy and loving our boy. Whether we are enjoying a drink on a rooftop in Arizona or eating wings on the couch watching football, anywhere is my favorite place if you’re there.
My nap takin, golf swingin, honey butter chicken eaten, whiskey drinkin, weight liftin, always laughin, yard workin, coffee makin man!

God answered our biggest prayer when he blessed us with Sheffler. Dedicating our family signifies that we want our home, our family and our relationship to honor Him, always acknowledging His role in our lives.
I remind myself daily that we are just Sheff’s earthly parents - His true Father and Creator is in Heaven.

Thank you to our friends and family who came to support us today and for showering our boy with the sweetest gifts and keepsakes. Also a huge shoutout to @clifec and our church family for making this so special for us! We are so grateful.

I could post the most aesthetically pleasing photo for our anniversary, but it wouldn’t amount to the feeling I get when seeing this photo. We waited, tried, and prayed for years for this and watching you meet our son for the first time was hands down my favorite memory from year 4.

The past 4 years have come and gone in the blink of eye. I want you by my side for the next 50 - for the good, bad, hard, and everything in between. I love you, Smiley! Happy anniversary 🤍
