This week has been a whirlwind of emotions as I rolled my last putt as a collegiate golfer and graduated from college. I'm filled with gratitude for the friendships I formed and the memories we shared. Although it's hard to say goodbye to the community we built at Brescia, I know it will forever be a part of me.

!!!Fair warning for a long post!!!

Honestly don’t even know where to start, ever since I can remember I have been surrounded by golf, from playing in USGA golf tournaments and not being able to break 100, to playing 2 years of high-school golf due to COVID and then tearing my ACL my senior year. After tearing my ACL I thought my competitive golf journey had come to an end, but with the thanks of my brother and a basically a blind offer from my freshman and sophomore year coach Abe Nasser. I was able to come and continue my golf career while also obtaining a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
My first year of college golf was nothing to special, I battled a lot of mental challenges and contemplated withdrawing from the school, and just go into the workforce, but with the continuous support from my amazing parents I stuck it out and looking back I wouldn’t change it for the world. Then coming back for my second year, I was finally fully recovered from my ACL reconstructive surgery and was able to practice with the team, and this is where I began to open up and make friends with my teammates. Leading into junior year I had played in just acouple tournaments due to my scoring average not being the best but was still able to play and get a taste of college golf.
Then junior year came around and this was the year we had a new head coach (Kyle Miller), where at first I was unsure how I felt about the way he coached, just because it was way different coaching style then my previous coaches. Over the next 2 years I grew closer and closer to Kyle and appreciate everything he has done for me, and all he continues to do for everyone. My junior year was definitely my breakout year, I was able to win our home tournament, and played in the top 5 for every tournament.
Then senior year has came and gone faster than any other year, but was one of the most fun years ever, being able to travel with 4 other seniors that came in when I was a freshman. Finishing off my college career with a 75-87-77, second day could have been better, but enjoyed every minute of it and wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Thank you everyone for the support, āœŒļøā¤ļø

Holed my last putt today as a Brescia bearcat and what a ride it’s been. I’ll forever be thankful for the lifelong friendships and memories this place gave me. I wouldn’t trade these last 4 years for anything. Playing college golf was always a dream of mine, and doing it along side these guys has been a blessing. Hum bearcats. šŸ’™šŸ’™šŸ’™šŸ’™
