Year 3 is over just as quick as it started. The end of seasons are always hard. You see guys finally succeed at things they’ve worked all season to achieve only for the time to end. I’m extremely proud of my guys! We had the vast majority of our roster playing for the first time! Thank you to Coach Wilkinson for the opportunity, the parents for trusting us to coach these boys, my new guys for trusting the process, and to my returners for their outstanding leadership! These guys play hard for me and I’m so grateful for them! We finished 6-3 and that brings the total to 22-4-1 (14-4-1 as HC)! Not to shabby for a dude that never played the sport! Excited for what’s next for these guys!!! #PHLax

THIS TEAM!! Boy I could write a book about these guys! Such a special group of kids! We won last night 14-1 to finish our season 8-1. I can’t tell you how proud I am of these guys and of this season! I am truly blessed to play a small part in these guys lives. I started yesterday by thanking my players who advocated for me to be their coach. They spoke it into existence and those guys ran through the fire for me! To the parents who trusted me with their child, thank you! You have supported me from day one and our success is yours as well! To my coaches, Chase, Neel, and of course Arinae lol, y’all were so instrumental in this season, especially staying calm when I’m crashing out on the sidelines 🤣 but I can’t thank yall enough! PH lacrosse is in a great place, these young guys are so ready for the next challenge and I cant wait to see what the future holds for them. Just like at the end of every game, I pray protection over my boys! I love y’all and thank you again for the joy you brought me this season! #PHLax #B2A

It’s game day!! Last one of the season for the youngins! We play Rockbridge today at 530.

It’s bittersweet for sure! This group has given me everything and then some! I knew the season would fly by but I didn’t think it would’ve been this fast. I’ve learned so much from these guys! They are an amazing group to be around! I tell people all the time, I know I’m not these boy’s world, but they are my world! Having a chance to coach your kid is an experience I’ll never forget! Seeing him excited about lacrosse again had been so great for the both of us. We stopped looking for happiness and started chasing the joy in the sport and it’s been amazing to watch him this year! I’m so proud of him and my other 16 sons 💜💛 looking to end on the best note possible! #PHLax #B2ABoys
