This post has taken me a while to put into words because it’s hard to accept that this chapter has come to an end. Baseball has been such a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember, and looking back at this journey—from travel ball, to Allen High School, to the last five years at Angelo State—I’m filled with nothing but gratitude.

I’m so proud of everything this game has given me, but even more thankful for the people I’ve met along the way. To every teammate, coach, family member, friend, and fan who believed in me and supported me through every high and low, thank you. Your encouragement has meant more than you’ll ever know.

Baseball has taught me so much more than how to play a game. It taught me how to handle failure, stay humble, trust the process, work hard even when no one is watching, and never stop believing in myself. Those lessons will stay with me for the rest of my life.

To my teammates at Angelo State, thank you for treating me like a brother from day one. Thank you for pushing me every day to be the best version of myself, for the memories we’ll never forget, and for the friendships that will last a lifetime. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better group of guys to share this journey with.

To the coaches at Angelo State, thank you for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to wear this jersey. There truly is no place like Angelo State, and I feel incredibly blessed to have spent the last five years representing such a special program.

And to the ASU fans, thank you for showing up year after year and creating an atmosphere unlike any other. Your support means everything to this program and to every player who gets the opportunity to step onto that field. Keep showing up, keep supporting these guys, and keep making this place as special as it is.

I’ll always be grateful for the memories, the friendships, and everything this game has given me. Thank you, Baseball, for an unforgettable journey.
