Miami heat 🔥
Hyrox #4 ☑️

Doubles done. And somehow… each one asks something new of us.
Strength. Endurance. Patience. Grit.

We show up every time.
Even when it hurts. Even when the legs are on fire and the heart rate won’t come down.

Maybe it’s the challenge. Maybe it’s the suffering.
Maybe it’s both.

We’ll see what’s next… but the work doesn’t stop.
Always chasing better than yesterday. 🔥

In a season of growth and new challenges, I went all in for Hyrox Doubles in Atlanta with my dear friend, Latonya — a 2x Ironman.
Somehow, I always seem to end up in the boat with her — and every time, I come out stronger.

The entire time, I was thinking, “She’s dragging me like we’re chasing an Ironman cutoff!”

But with heart, hustle, and a lot of grit, we crushed our sub-2 hour goal.
Now it’s time to recover, reflect, and get ready for the next challenge.

Twas the night before SweatHouz Hyrox Atlanta Doubles…
We got our first taste of Hyrox with mixed relay—now we’re back for more, and this time it’s doubles. Tomorrow, we test our grit, our lungs, our legs, and our limits.

The training is done. The prep is behind us.
Now it’s all heart.
Time to show up and throw down.

Let’s get it, Atlanta.
