I’m a neurodivergent woman, carrying trauma, navigating a world that hasn’t always felt built for me…
and still choosing connection, nature, laughter, and the people who feel like home 🤍

Healing didn’t make life perfect…
it just gave me the capacity to experience joy alongside the hard.

I didn’t think life would ever feel like this again…

8 weeks in Wales and I keep catching myself feeling grateful for things I used to pray for 🤍

Not the big, dramatic moments…
the quiet ones.

Laughing properly.
Feeling safe in my own life.
Being around people who feel easy to be around.
Having space to think, breathe, just be 🌿

A year ago, life felt heavy.
I was getting through the days, not really in them.
Overwhelmed, exhausted, healing in ways no one could see.

But even then… I still chose to be a good person.
I still showed up.
I still kept going.

And now… it makes sense.

The boundaries.
The changes.
The moments I thought were breaking me.

They were building this version of me 🫶🏼

A life that feels calm and exciting.
Soft and strong.
Simple… but full.

Time with my favourite people, being out in nature, my little van, this new chapter — it all just feels right 🏔️🌊💚

If you’re in a season where it feels heavy right now…

Four girls. One hidden well. And a little pocket of magic we’ll never quite be able to explain ✨🌿

Somewhere between the cold water, the laughter echoing through the trees, and the quiet moments sat on ancient stone… I realised this wasn’t just a day out. It was medicine. The kind you don’t get from anywhere else but connection, nature, and women who see you.

There’s something powerful about standing beside women who are strong, soft, healing, evolving… all at once. No competition. No masks. Just real, grounded, unwavering support.

I don’t say it enough, but I am so deeply grateful for the women in my life. The ones who hold me, hype me, challenge me, and remind me who I am when I forget.

This life feels lighter because of you 🫶🏼

A year ago I stood on this pier… on my own.
Just visiting. Just passing through.
Thinking “I could live here…” 🌊

I didn’t know how.
I didn’t have a plan.
But something in me felt… calm. Like I’d found a piece of myself I didn’t know was missing.

Fast forward to now—
weekends full of laughter, cold water dips, good food, and people who feel like home 🫶✨

And I still come back to this same spot…
only this time, I don’t have to imagine it anymore.

Life has a funny way of finding you when you finally start listening to yourself.

So if there’s somewhere, something, or a version of you that keeps calling…
maybe it’s not random.
maybe it’s trying to find you too 💫

My soul fam. My table. My safe place. 🫶✨

In honour of International Women’s Day, I wanted to celebrate the women who make up the heart of my life. The ones who show up with open arms, loud laughs, deep chats, wild ideas, soft landings, and unconditional love.

Every single one of you brings something different to the table. Wisdom, chaos, honesty, humour, courage, comfort, perspective… and somehow when we’re all together it creates the safest, funniest, most beautiful space I’ve ever known.

A table where you can arrive exactly as you are. No masks, no judgement, just love. Always a seat, always support, always someone ready to hype you up or hold your hand when life gets a bit wobbly.

I’m endlessly proud of the women you are and endlessly grateful that our paths collided in this lifetime. You inspire me daily and I hope you always know there will forever be a place for you at my table.

Today I turned 38… and I don’t even know how to put into words what these last two weekends have meant to me. 🥹💖✨

I’ve felt celebrated in a way that cracked me wide open. Not just “happy birthday” celebrated… but seen. Known. Thought about. Chosen. The kind of love that takes effort. The kind that takes time. The kind that shows up. 🤍🫶🏽

From cakes to quarries. From mountains to lakes. From summits to waterfalls. 🏔️🌊🎂 Every adventure, every surprise, every quiet moment in between… it all felt intentional. I kept having little pauses where I just thought, “Wow… this is my life. These are my people.” 🥹✨

And here’s what really hit me… it’s not about how long someone has been in your life. Someone can stand beside you for 10+ years. Someone else can walk in 6 months ago. Time isn’t the glue. Energy is. Effort is. The way someone shows up for you when it matters. The way they celebrate you like your wins are their own. That’s what creates unbreakable bonds. 🔥🤍

I’ve never felt more grateful. Or more aware of how lucky I am.

To every single person who called, messaged, travelled, planned, surprised, sang, laughed, hugged, and danced with me… thank you. You made 38 feel powerful, emotional, grounding and unforgettable.

My heart is full in a way that feels almost tender. 🥹💞

If this is the energy I’m stepping into 2026 with… then I already know it’s going to be something special. 💫✨

Back in Ogwen Valley 🌄
Soon I’ll be turning 38 and reflection on the weekend and spending it, exactly where my soul feels most awake. This place has a way of breathing life back into me, piece by piece, every single time. It steadies me. It heals me. It reminds me I’m still here.

This time last year, life felt heavy. I was deep in grief, wrapped in loneliness, carrying a sadness that lived in my bones. I didn’t know how light would ever find me again… but somehow, gently, it did.

And now here I am. In the same wild valley, but in a different season of my life. Sharing it with the most beautiful souls, the kind who love without conditions, who hold space, who make you feel like you finally belong. A feeling I never truly knew before. A heart so full of love and gratitude for the friendships I have not just in these photos but others too. 💖
