THE WORK WILL ALWAYS SHOW. 🤞🏼🏀

@chasingdreams23 has consistently stayed the course with her development, and the growth is showing!

What I’m most proud of isn’t just the improvement in her game, it’s the growth in her approach, focus, and determination. She’s developed a real work ethic and is learning how to be intentional with every rep.

Consistency isn’t always exciting, but it’s what separates you over time.

Stay the course. Trust the work. Let the results speak. 📈🤞🏼

Proud of you, kid! 🖤

Summer G.O.A.T Reps 🤞🏼

Each player has a different style of play with the skills to match. We spent a lot of hours in the gym this summer crafting!

Defensive Close-Out ➡️ Plant ➡️ Slide 🏀🔒

Working on active feet, active hands, and disciplined defensive movement.

Close out under control, plant and open up to beat the offensive player to the spot, then plant again and slide with active hands to cut off the next angle.

The biggest emphasis: sharpen your angles. Stop circling out or wasting movement just to chop your feet. Get to the spot, control your body, and make the offensive player adjust to YOU.

Close. Plant. Open. Beat them to the spot. Slide. 🤞🏼

Good defense isn’t just effort—it’s angles, timing, discipline, and controlled movement.

Proud of the growth! 🤞🏼🏀 @chasingdreams23

She unlocked a NEW LEVEL this summer after attending the SlushPro G.O.A.T. Program, and you can see the difference in how she approaches the work.

She comes into every session ready to WORK—focused, determined, coachable, and intentional with every rep. Not just going through drills, but understanding the details and applying them.

The skill is growing, but what I’m most proud of is the mindset behind the development.

When the focus changes, the game changes. 🎯

New level unlocked… and there’s still more to come. 🔓🔥
