🖤💛❤️ NAIDOC Week on The Hoist | Wednesday: Punk & Rock ❤️💛🖤

Tonight we’re turning the volume up with a celebration of First Nations Punk & Rock.

Joining Madz & Bella in the studio is Charlie Lane, our guest Curator/Co-host for the evening, helping us spotlight some of his favourite First Nations punk and rock artists.

6:30pm — @chasingghosts
7:30pm — @mulgabore_hardrock

Plus, two hours of incredible music from First Nations artists including @misterbirdz @thebignoter @kingstingrayband @senatorbriggs @dansultanmusic @krystal_rivvers and many more.

From punk anthems and hard rock riffs to powerful storytelling and songs of Country, tonight’s playlist celebrates the many voices shaping First Nations rock music.

This week, we’re putting our usual format aside to celebrate the artists, stories and sounds that continue to shape Australia’s music landscape.
