2025… what a year. 💫
Challenging. Exhausting. And absolutely rewarding in every way.

This year I balanced running a real estate team, interviewing and welcoming incredible new agents, and saying goodbye to others who weren’t aligned with the teams values or had other directions. I was not just a business owner — but a mom and an entrepreneur with four kids and an amazing husband who remind me daily why I do this. 💕

There were moments I doubted myself. Moments I was stretched thin. Moments I had to choose growth over comfort. But through it all, I was surrounded by the most amazing team members, partners, clients, and friends.

This year I want to highlight three incredible agents in their second year of real estate who absolutely TOOK OFF. They’ve been on more showings, attended more training and written more contracts than many agents see in years in this industry.

In an industry where agents are struggling or leaving the business with an average of 2 home sales a year, it’s no coincidence these three girls are thriving. It’s because of the teams structure, opportunities and their hard work and willingness to learn that they’ve seen success this year.

And a huge thank you to Erin who stepped in to service my customers while I was out with the babies. I expect to see huge your success this year!

On this team with mentorship, teamwork, support and dedication, you can see success too!

Travis came in mid year as our Transaction Coordinator and worked with us to close 43 deals while starting a business of his own!

Thank you for supporting this business. Thank you for trusting us. And thank you for being the biggest cheerleaders — it’s your voices I hear when things get tough, reminding me to keep going. 🥹✨

Here’s to gratitude, growth, and all that’s ahead in 2026. 💙

Let’s meet Chasity Thomas of Team Taylor -

Joining the team in January, I knew from our first conversation that she would be a powerhouse. Under contract 17 days after onboarding, we really hit the ground running! What seemed like luck in the beginning is really proving to be a lot more than that. Chasity is the first one to volunteer for any opportunity and to help the team out too! Her energy is contagious and I can’t wait to see where the rest of the year takes us!

✨What’s your go-to spot locally?
@kavaandco.mandarin ! I also love @gemmafishandoyster

✨Morning person or night owl?
Let’s just say, I don’t rise and shine. But give me some caffeine and sunshine; I’m good to go!

✨Which emoji sums you up during an inspection?

When I first set out on this journey I knew my very first goal was to partner with good people, people who I knew were in it for the right reasons. People who are building something bigger than themselves. It was a no brainer when I called this team lead, like the stars had aligned, the timing was everything! I’m so excited to announce my very first Founding Agent Partner! #RealEstate #transactionswithtrav #herronrealestate #Nextlevelagentsupport
