“Have you eaten yet?” ❤️ กินข้าวหรือยัง? @arrosqd @qiqedacosta — In Thai culture, food is one of the ways we show care. So when my friend @chat_coloc visited London, sharing a beautiful meal together felt like the perfect way to catch up. Honestly, it was such a joyful experience from beginning to end!

Thank you @arrosqd for inviting us to experience your Express Lunch Menu — and a special thank you to Executive Chef @eduardoisalazar for welcoming us so warmly and sharing the stories and craftsmanship behind the food.

This is why I love @intothewoodsonstage 💙 I went to see the musical thinking I was going to watch a story about wishes and fairy tales.

I left thinking about love, grief, family and everything we inherit from the people who came before us.

Since losing my mum, one of the biggest things I’ve been learning is that grief and love are not opposites. Sometimes grief is simply love learning how to exist in a different form.

No One Is Alone stayed with me long after I left the theatre. Maybe because healing has taught me that becoming our own person doesn’t mean we have to stop carrying the people we love with us.

Their love can still guide us — just in a different way. 🤍

Here’s why I love dancing ❤️‍🔥 after losing my mum, there was a period when I felt disconnected from almost everything.

I couldn’t quite feel joy the way I used to. But when I started dancing again, something slowly began to change.

I started feeling connected to my body.
I began listening to myself more closely.
I rediscovered parts of my femininity, sensuality and confidence that I hadn’t given myself permission to explore.

And perhaps most unexpectedly, I found a community.

Women who inspire me simply by showing up. Women who are navigating their own lives, yet still make time to come together, support one another and celebrate the joy of movement.

There’s something beautiful about that shared energy.

I know dancing isn’t a cure for grief or mental health difficulties. But alongside therapy and the other ways I’ve cared for myself, it has been one of the most meaningful parts of my healing journey.

If you’re going through a difficult chapter, I hope you find a little space for movement, whatever that looks like for you.

Just put on a song you love and let yourself move.

Sometimes, that’s enough to remind us that we’re still here. Still feeling. Still becoming.

When I wear my mother’s clothes, I’m not trying to recreate the past — I’m continuing the story she never got to finish, and continuing to live each chapter of life with gratitude 💛

— for I’m able to feel the joy and aggravation of ordinary life again.

As part of my healing journey, I’ve come to realise that clothing can hold memories, history, and identity.

— and that getting dressed can become an act of remembering, honouring, and creating all at once.

As a fashion stylist, I always wonder…What if elephant pants existed in the 1980s? 💜

Thailand’s famous elephant pants are something we’ve all seen — whether at markets, temples, or travelling around the country.

So my friend and I walked around Bangkok — from Khao San Road to the streets of Songwat. Bangkok is my home, and elephant pants are such an iconic part of Thai street culture.

I chose purple for the styling — it represents artistic rebellion, perfectly reflecting the experimental fashion of the era. The 80s were known for power dressing, bold colours, and unapologetic confidence.

For me, projects like this are about connecting fashion history with my own identity and culture.
Fashion is storytelling — and Bangkok will always be part of mine.

Thank you February for teaching me how to love better ❤️

When I lost my mom, I really struggled.
Everything felt heavy, and at times I felt very isolated.

This month reminded me that love isn’t just about being strong — it’s also about allowing others to care for you.

My friends showed up in the most beautiful ways:
homemade cookies, Aries cocktail nights,
quiet moments of crying over hot chocolate,
funny reels sent at random moments, and constant check-ins just to see how I was doing.

There were hardly any moments left to feel alone.

It reminded me of something powerful:
the love of family and friendship forms the web of our lives.

Joy becomes bigger when shared.
Hardship becomes lighter when carried together.

Love doesn’t always arrive in grand gestures.
Sometimes it lives in the smallest acts of thoughtfulness — someone giving you flowers, sending you a message, or simply being there when you need it most.

And this month reminded me of something very important:

The power of love is real.

I’m deeply grateful for the people who remind me of that every day. ✨🙏✨
