The Intern Queen Party 2026

Thank you to our panelists and everyone who took time out of their busy lives to impact the next generation.

And to all of the college students and recent grads who attended - remember the journey is not always what you expect it will be - but if you have an open mindset, seek connection, consider feedback, and work hard - the possibilities are endless.

To my team … we did it! We made magic happen 🚀🪄 AND we did it in the rain!

When Donal and I first got engaged, after 12 years together, I believed big, bold weddings belonged to younger people. We hadn’t rushed it, I’d never imagined it, and it felt simplest and most “appropriate” to keep things quiet, without much spectacle.

But my love of events, of gathering people, of celebrating well, slowly found its way in. And at 45+, missing our moms, I decided I wasn’t going to let age or grief dictate how much joy we were allowed to take up.

With Donal’s support (he’s been a very good sport), we went all in. We celebrated loudly, at one of our favorite summer places, surrounded by the people we love who showed up from near and far. It was the wedding of our dreams and every bit of it blew us away.

So indulge your dreams in whatever way that looks like for you. Hire the content creator. Book the vintage car. Get your dog a custom sea-foam green suit with floral details. Wear the big poofy dress. Rent diamonds like you’re a princess. Take up space. Celebrate fully. You don’t have to shrink your milestones whatever they are, whenever they happen.

Closing out this year feeling deeply grateful and heading into 2026 with a full heart ❤️
