“And yet, as much as this book is about my personal experiences and the collection of months I spent living out of the same bag, trading out door keys and fresh towels as they were handed over, it’s about the people that shaped the journey, and how I found them in the most unsuspecting of places: American Hostels.” - Same Bag, Different Bunk

What a night!

Huge thanks to San Diego Beach Bungalow for hosting an incredible launch, and to everyone who came out to celebrate One Bag, Different Bunks with us.

From first cheers at the door to flipping through your new copies, it was a night full of stories, laughs, and travel vibes — exactly what this book is all about.

If you missed it, don’t worry… you can still grab your copy on Amazon or at your next hostel adventure

Happy International Woman’s Day 🎀🌸💖✨

✨🍒A Womb, a Woman is where we all come from🍒Today was meant to honor the woman who came before us, and I know the woman of the past could never imagine the world we live in today. More rights then ever yet not at the same time. It’s still a fight that continues. We might not be burning bras anymore but our rebel spirit lives on. 🔥
WE DESERVE MORE.!!!! WE DEMAND MORE!!
Woman are Sacred. ⭐️🌈✨
The stories I hear from woman, I hope more men can hear. They are filled with deep sadness, anger, revolution, inspiration, strength, love, grief. They move my feet to run towards more. More Power, more Purpose, more reason I should live on to inspire other girls to keep striving, keep shining , let their eyes burn over your starlight. 😤

👺Being sexually harassed at work, having bruises on her arm from angry men losing their grip over her. Being inappropriately touched in public. 🤡Being screamed Whore from some miserable guy in his 40’s while you’re walking the street. Watching men try to take pictures up girls skirts at the club and being proud of it. Being pressured to have sex. ☠️Being harassed by every Kitchen crew at every restaurant you’ve ever worked for . Arguing with men about beauty standards for woman when they are the ones who put them there.

I’m tired.

I’m just disgusted, disappointed, appalled.🤮

Can’t we be better world ? Better to the wombs who have given us life? Raised us? Given us kisses on the forehead, words of encouragement, safety in times of emotional emergency?? Don’t we deserve more?! Don’t we deserve to be SAFE? 🤧😭

Happy International Woman’s day . Let’s be better, and send a blessing to a woman you know. I promise you she’s so good at hiding the pain . Show up for her and she will too for you. Tell her how strong she is, for I promise it’s easily forgotten. 🥺💝

✨🎀💝I love you girls. I love you woman. I love you womb bearers and makeup wearers. I love men embracing their own femininity. I love you femininity. May we show the world the power , the rage, the sacred raw uncontainable wild that lives in every woman. Every person. 🌸🎀💝✨

May we rise to create better. Blessings to you 💝
