✨ LITTLE DREAMS ✨

It was an absolute honour to direct Little Dreams, written and led by the incredibly talented Chattrisse Dolabaille, and produced by Danilo Reyes (Blue Maroon Media). Little Dreams is a love letter to the women who fight for their ambitions in the cracks of life, and who mother their dreams with the same tenderness, courage and devotion they give to their children.

Good news! Little Dreams (@littledreamsfilm) will be having a Toronto premiere at ScreenShare in collaboration with @caribbeanfilmfest and @caribbeantales on opening night (September 8th,2026). We would love to see you there!

Huge gratitude to our incredible cast and crew. Your talent, generosity, trust, and commitment made this experience unforgettable. Every frame carries a piece of what we created together. ❤️

Nuff rain on this trip so it’s a good thing we got to the beach on our very first morning here … 🇯🇲 Jamaica, thank you for welcoming me back with open arms after such a long time. You are beautiful. Culture, nature, delicious food — and the roads are a lot better than I remember 😂 so despite power outages and bugs that got a little too bold, I promise not to wait another 28 years 😉 Til next time! 💚💛🖤

And that’s a wrap on this incredible woman’s birthday!! Mom, every year shows me more and more how truly blessed I am to be able to call you my mother. May the blessings continue to rain down on you; as someone who brightens and improves every person or situation she touches, you are so very deserving of every good thing in this world. @lblucybrown I love you! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

That’s a wrap on @gatffest 2026 … and Baby’s First Film Festival was a success!!

The secret’s out, our little guy will have to share the spotlight in a few more months 🤭🤰🏾🫶🏽🙏🏾 So I had the honour of rocking a baby bump on the red carpet!

Thanks to @cylindian_ Cylindian Goodchild, Savannah Peridot, each of the jurors, and every person who made the 14th edition of GATFFEST possible! I’m so glad I was able to attend this time, with @lblucybrown, to represent @littledreamsfilm ✨

We’ve got some news … ☺️ Little Dreams has been accepted into two film festivals so far!

We debuted last month in Halifax at the Emerging Lens Cultural Film Festival, where we were thrilled to win Best Short Film — and next we’re heading to Jamaica for GATFFEST in June!

Stay tuned to see where else this not-so-little short film goes …

inspired by @ok.devries post, I have been so lucky to be apart of so many beautiful black led shows and stories in both theatre and film 🫶🏾 our stories matter and I am beyond grateful to work with such incredible black artists and build such beautiful connections. Happy Black History month xx

And that isn't even all of the stories I've been lucky to be apart of but we only have 20 slides 🥹🤏🏿
