Bring your Realtor with you on your very first visit to the builder. Many builders require your agent to be present or registered from day one in order to represent you.

💰 Ask what incentives the builder is currently offering. Closing cost credits, rate buy-downs, upgrades, and more.

💥And remember: keep negotiating until the pen hits the paper. Price, upgrades, incentives, and terms may still have room to move before you sign.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to speak with an amazing group of 5th graders for Career Day and share what it means to be a Realtor. 🏡🔑

We talked about more than just buying and selling homes we talked about communication, hard work, helping families, building communities, and creating opportunities for the future.

One of the best parts was showing them that real estate is a career where you can be an entrepreneur, serve your community, build relationships, and make a real impact in people’s lives.

You never know what moment will inspire a young person to dream a little bigger. If even one student walked away thinking, “I could do that one day,” then it was worth it.
