Back in April, @claire_hazan_ took @diorsow and me on a site visit, not far away from the Conde Nast offices, to an iconic address - 8 rue Faubourg Montmartre - home to Le Palace. The old hunting grounds and golden years of Parisian cultural figureheads, from Andy Warhol to Grace Jones via JPG - now solely occupied by piles of rubble and workers restoring is former glory. As we walked around the old club, the changing rooms, dance halls and backstage (with piles of glitter still clustered in the corners), we wondered - how can we tell the story of this transformation, of this reinvention, of this new beginning in 2026? That’s when we looked at the young faces shaping the scene of today - young creatives in the process of inventing themselves. Stepping into the light now on their own terms.
