Tee shot on 18 @elmwood.cc Unfortunately did not have it this week. Shot some high numbers. This was my 16.5 degree @titleist fairway metal. 292 to center of green. Downwind 20 mph. Lip out eagle for an easy 3 putt par. Summed up my week around the greens nicely 🙃 Video credit to @chaz_golf

Big shoutout to @chaz_golf and @golfgalaxy as I kick off Project Course of Action next week! I can’t thank Chaz enough for all the golf lessons and coaching he’s given me over the last 3 years to help get me to the level I’m at today. Going from someone who had never touched a golf club to a single-digit handicap in 3 years has been an incredible journey. His approach to the game, knowledge, and coaching skills make learning feel easy and enjoyable. I’m grateful for everything he’s taught me so far and excited to see how much further we can take the game!

Today was one of those days that reminds you why consistency matters. I shot a 75 today - my lowest score since I started playing golf a little less than 3 years ago! Big shoutout to @sebassdgroot for playing today and some of the caddie advice as well as @chaz_golf for the many lessons over the past few years to help solidify my fundamentals! What people see is the score. What they don’t see are the hours spent on the range, the drills at home, the workouts in the gym, and the commitment to getting a little better every single day. Those small efforts add up over time. What makes me most proud isn’t that every shot was perfect, because they weren’t. There were mistakes, missed opportunities, and a few holes I’d like to have back. But golf, like life, isn’t about being perfect—it’s about how you respond when things don’t go your way. One bad shot or bad hole can either ruin your round or teach you something. Today was a reminder to stay focused on the next shot, trust the process, and keep moving forward. The mental side of the game is just as important as the physical side, and learning to reset after mistakes is where real growth happens. My cameraman challenged me to a par 3 golf match! Usually @joshua_douglas_ is filming the shots, but today he has to hit them! No matter your skill level, golf is about more than the scorecard. It’s about getting outside, catching up with your friends, hitting a few good shots, and enjoying the time on the course. Some days you stripe it, some days you lose half a dozen balls! That’s golf and that’s what keeps people coming back to the game!
