RUMINATION - 26/06/26

Over the last few months, we have had the privilege and pleasure of putting together our debut single.

First and foremost, a huge thanks to @rockquest for an amazing competition that provides so many opportunities for young musicians. Thanks also to @nz_on_air for generously funding the production and music video for Rumination, and to @rockshopnz for the prize money with which we bought some of the kit we are seen playing.

A massive shoutout and thanks to the track’s producer, @clintmurphyproductions and to the team at @orange_studios_nz for their amazing work during the recording. Also, to Ryan Smith from @sterlingsound who mastered the track.

The music video was filmed and edited by the incredible Dave Thompson of @imaginary.co.nz and we were lucky to have @chchatnight along to take some awesome BTS shots.

Thanks to @victorbalart for the cover art, “Polydactyly”.

Finally, massive thanks to the Burnside Specialist Music Program and to our families and friends for their endless support.

First of many😉
