Antony Ahmed will be the next guest performer at the Ghosts Show! Antony ( @antonythereal ) will be performing with a group called Slightwork. A group of dancers that came up together and are still gettin down all these years later. Featuring Che Molina, Caden Henson, and himself! They bring a smooth, calculated and commanding presence to the stage that is sure to bring the vibes. Excited to see what the fellas bring out to the stage. It’s a pleasure and an honor to have them. Show is right around the corner!

Huge shout out to the brotha @sosolante for recommending me & always helping put me onto jobs & gigs, you a real one 😭🔥. I’m soooooo grateful to have been able to do this alongside some og dance bros from Seattle, new & old friends, and honestly super damn proud of all the RTHMZ fam that was able to participate in this as well.

Before this opportunity, I was STRESSSSSED. For so many reasons that would max out this caption: dance, teaching, running a business, taxes, mediating, leading, navigating complex situations, & life to say the least lmfao. Sometimes I take a step back and just laugh at myself 🙃

I’m just grateful and appreciative of the people that were happy for me at this time lol.

Shout out to the rest of this cast too for bringing that collective brotherly energy!

i usually don’t post dumps but this last weekend was the probably the most i’ve ever smiled in my life if that makes sense. it’s all thanks to these wonderful individuals. i love you all and i appreciate all of y’all in so many ways. one thing i’ve learned by growing up so far is that everything hits different when you put your OWN time and money into anything. it makes you appreciate it more and i’ve slowly been realizing that. This trip was therapeutic in ways the homies will never know and all they did was be themselves. that shit hits. all the new homies i got to meet i appreciate y’all as well and can’t wait to see y’all’s journey i’m your homie now and that shit never changes. dawg i miss the homies so much, the fomo is insane but i know i will see y’all again. i can’t type this all out without saying thank you to monsters. i wouldn’t i have met any of these people without monsters. andy and becky really created something so timeless that new generations after mines will almost experience the same one i did and that’s amazing. shout out to monsters fr. i think that’s it so i appreciate you if you read all of this. luh y’all stay safe outchea!

Final Monsters weekend + Kids Cast Nominee Boot Camp… my heart is full. 🫶🏽❤️

FOUR cities with @monstersdance this season : Vancouver, Seattle, San Francisco, Chicago!!! TWO of which I got to dance in the Advanced room as an Advanced Kids Cast Nominee! I have been training two years with advanced hip hop at home & it felt SO RIGHT and just the extra push I needed. I also tried the Advanced battle twice this season - it taught me so much about myself and the craft of foundation. More than anything it was the chance to step out of my comfort zone, even though I knew it wasn't about winning - it was about being able to challenge myself, build confidence and see those other dancers in action.

Watching my friends show up with passion, courage, and so much love for dance reminds me why this all matters. The growth, the friendships, the moments on and off stage — unforgettable. I wish I could have gotten pictures with everyone! You all are so incredible!!! 🫶🏽❤️

To every dancer who gave it their all, I applaud you! We are all in this together at the end of the day! This weekend was something special. I will honor this for the rest of my life!

Closing this chapter with nothing but gratitude and excitement for what’s next. 💖✨
