POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Still taking in the fact that I hosted my very first Body Contouring & Lymphatic Wellness Workshop🥹🤍✨

What a beautiful experience it was to share my knowledge, connect with such an incredible group of women, and speak about something I’m genuinely so passionate about — women’s wellness, lymphatic health, self-care and learning to honour the bodies God has given us.

A huge thank you to @mothersdaughters.vineyard thank you from the bottom of my heart for trusting me with this opportunity.
Thank you for creating a space where women can come together, connect and pour into one another.
Being invited to contribute to that was such an honour, and I genuinely loved every single minute.

I’m so grateful to have been invited into such a special space.
It was an absolute privilege, and I loved every moment — from the conversations and laughter to the learning, and seeing everyone get involved🤍

There was definitely a moment where I thought, wow… I’m actually doing this🥹

Starting something new can feel scary, but this reminded me that sometimes God will place you in rooms that require you to step outside of your comfort zone and trust that He has already equipped you for what He has called you to do.

This may have been my first workshop, but I truly believe it’s only the beginning.

And above everything else, all glory goes to God🙏🏽

Because when I prayed for purpose, I didn’t know exactly what that would look like.

When I prayed for community, I didn’t know who He would bring into my life.

When I prayed for God to use me, I didn’t know what rooms He would place me in.

But I’m learning that I don’t need to know the full plan.
I just need to keep saying yes to Him.

“Commit your works to the Lord, and your thoughts will be established.” — Proverbs 16:3 🤍

Here’s to more rooms, more women, more wellness and walking boldly in purpose🤍✨
