Show and tell special edition

This show and tell was special

Not for the location, but for those that were there

So if you would have said to me a year ago I would have been showing my work and talking in public about my #layersoflife pieces I would have laughed

@exhibit69 and his team have provided a safe space to learn to combine a world of dark times with a new light

The piece I showed and gave to Mark as a sign of gratitude to making this space for us all was inspired by the amazing @benbrooksbts

See on our 1st show and tell Ben brought this piece that stuck with me and planted a seed of how will I ever be able to shoot that style or colour, well it turned out that through my story telling of my steps of my journey of living with a pacemaker and documenting the light that I find on a journey @rewindpix_camera asked me to become a tester for their awesome camera and it so turned out that the camera had a ircolour film recipe in camera

So sometimes the steps don’t make sense till they all fall in line and when you look back to reflect you really appreciate the energy you meet on the way

See the show and tells have provided a safe space to open up and explain my layers of life chapters I create through finding light on a journey, before show and tell chapters began I was not in a good place as I was learning to adapt to being told I can’t ride my bike which was my passion and to feel my body getting weaker through my condition of complete heart block and just through turning up to a car show by chance one day it lead to then showing a car piece at a show and tell

Yes talking infront of a crowd and opening up about a dark journey is tough but it has shown me that it helps to create a new light to create and share with others

Dm me if you want a copy of the folder of images I took this evening for f everyone’s journey

Where will the next chapter take us…
