Today is the day! Polls are open until 7pm tonight, and you need to vote at your assigned polling place. If you've thought about sitting this one out, I really encourage you to reconsider. Local elections are more important than people give them credit for, and will have some of the most direct impacts on your life.

I humbly ask for your vote today. I've been attending every school board meeting I could this year, and I've knocked on doors to talk to neighbors and families to see the concerns they have about our county and where we can improve. I feel prepared to take on this role and be a staunch advocate for teachers, students, and parents alike, if you all will give me the chance.

Find your polling place here: https://tnmap.tn.gov/voterlookup

Only 2 days left to early vote! 🗳️ Check your county election site for polling center hours.

Need a reason?

1. Once you vote, we stop texting, calling, knocking, and generally being a lovable campaign nuisance. 😂
2. My best friend was all set to vote in 2000… then his appendix had other plans. Emergency surgery on Election Day = no vote.

Moral of the story? Life happens. Vote early while you know you can.

Early voting ends August 1. Go vote, then enjoy the sweet satisfaction of ignoring campaign texts until November. 😉 #lindseyfortn #democrats #getoutthevote #tennessee #votingmatters
