Welcome to the first of its series!
ST. LOUIS SNEAKER TRADE NIGHT!
•
•
•We want STL to bring in some crazy heat to trade with each other!
•This is NOT trading with the store, we are hosting an event for people to come together to trade and network with each other!
•ABSOLUTELY NO COST
•Very similar to sneaker events just on a smaller more personal scale
•Bring as many shoes as you want that you are looking to trade and see what you can walk out with!
•Invite your friends and family and let’s make a party out of it!
•If you want at the end of the event you can sell or trade with US, but that is not the goal of the event!
•let’s get all of the STL sneaker community behind these so we can keep putting them on for you!!

Throwback to ‘93! @deionsanders @nike
I was 13 when these dropped, and my dad hooked me up with the Air Diamond Turf—couldn’t tell me NOTHING!!! Fast forward to 2011, I copped them again, then passed them down to my son @showtimethepromoter when he was 10/11. And... let’s just say he didn’t treat them like I did. 🤬😤👟

But now? FEBRUARY 2025, they’re coming back! The iconic Deion Sanders’ Air Diamond Turf, in that classic “Atlanta” colorway, is about to drop again and you best believe I’m copping a pair for myself this time around. (My Shoe 🔌 @check.my.footwork )

What makes this release even sweeter? They’re bringing back the OG details—the gold Nike Air on the heel, and the iconic “24 and 21” on the tongues. 🔥

Happy Monday!
This week, let’s remember: My only competition is myself. I’m not in a race with anyone else — I’m focused on constantly evolving, learning, and growing. Leadership is about leading yourself first. Every day is a new chance to improve, build on what I did yesterday, and push my limits. The only person I’m trying to outdo is the person I was yesterday.

This week, let’s commit to elevating our mindset, embracing growth, and remembering that our biggest challenge is the one within. Keep pushing forward, because the best version of you is waiting to be unlocked. Let’s rise and shine!

Monday Mood: When Kendrick’s got you feeling unstoppable and your booty’s burning! 🔥🍑

“Wouldn’t it be easier to just get a BBL?” … Honestly, considering it after this workout! 😂 But for now, I’m here doing full-body cardio and sculpting this booty the natural way — one rep at a time. 💪🏽

No shortcuts, just hard work, sweat, and Kendrick Lamar on repeat. And hey, maybe I’ll change my mind about that BBL… but not today! 😅

It’s 4 AM, and while the world is still asleep, I’m already up putting in the work. As a PR|Media specialist, my days are long, and I’m always on the grind—but before I face the world, I take time for myself. Meditation, reflection, and then the gym. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about being consistent. The hustle is real, but I know the work I put in today is what’ll carry me through tomorrow. Let’s get it. 💪🏾

Three weeks in with trainer @mr_roqbody , and I’m feeling unstoppable! Who knew working out could be this fun? Don’t hate—y’all see those thigh muscles forming and those fabulous Megan Knees! It’s amazing what dedication can do! Remember, it’s not just about the results; it’s about the journey, the laughs, and the sweat.

Let’s motivate each other—who’s ready to crush some goals with me?
