❤️ ❤️ Brayden is one of my best friend's sons. And this is his heart story.

I’m especially grateful to have Jennie, one of my dearest friends and @utkkd sorority sisters, on my Leader of Impact team. ❤️

I’m honored that she’s willing to share her family’s heart story and to help shine a light on why the American Heart Association’s mission matters so much.

Brayden was born with a congenital heart defect, and today, he’s a heart survivor!!! ❤️ In this first video, Jennie shares the beginning of Brayden’s journey and what it has meant to navigate his heart story as his mom.

Stories like Brayden’s remind us that behind every statistic is a real person, a real family and so many moments worth fighting for.

I’m proud to have Jennie beside me as we raise awareness and support for the AHA, and I’m honored to share Brayden’s story with all of you.

Watch, share his story and consider supporting our team as we work to save and change lives. ❤️
