Little Marin County food tour 🦪

One of my favorite day trips from San Francisco is driving up to Point Reyes Station for farm fresh ingredients and the cutest small-town vibes, then heading over to Marshall, known for its coastal views and iconic oysters from @hogislandoysterco

🥖 @brickmaidenbreads must get the Ficelle. It kind of looks like a pretzel, but it’s a long, thin sourdough loaf with a crispy crust and soft interior. Truly unreal 🤯

🍷 @palacemarket grab a bottle of wine and charcuterie for a little picnic moment

🧀 @west_marin_culture_shop must try the buffalo soft serve and all the cheeses

🦪 @the.marshall.store I’m obsessed with the chorizo oysters smothered in butter, and the smoked trout salad is delicioso. Oh, and not on the menu, but for $10 you can get a side shrimp skewer 😋

All of my Ojai recommendations ✨

The most beautiful place to recharge, ring in the new year, celebrate my birthday, and spend quality time with the girls. Enjoy the pink moment, farm to table cuisine, and magical energy.

🥐 @thedutchessojai the croissant and I’m pretty sure everything else on the menu
🍗 @ojairotie must try the potatoes
🥣 @firestickpottery the sweetest teachers and great price for the experience
🦪@rorys_place_ojai the perfect place to celebrate my birthday 🥳 must try the tuna toast
🍣 @izakaya_fullmoon_ojai go right when they open to put your name down and they’ll call when table is ready
🍳 @threebirdsojai we went back for the fresh cashew milk lattes but everything was delicious
🫒 @ojaioliveoil highly suggest bringing a picnic 🧺
🔮 @thecrystalcornerojai find the gift that keeps on giving

Each meal follows the Core Four framework I live by: protein, healthy fats, fiber, and colorful veggies 🌈

These are the exact nutrients your gut and brain crave for clarity, calm, and energy.

Simple, blood sugar-friendly, and designed to keep you out of the craving cycle.

Did you know there are two types of food?

🌿 Primary food is everything that nourishes you off your plate: connection, movement, purpose, nature, joy.

🥗 Secondary food is the actual food we eat.

When your primary food is full and in balance, it becomes easier to make healthy secondary food choices.

This is when your cravings take a back seat and you can truly tap into intuitive eating.

This weekend was all about primary food:

🌲 Nature to regulate my nervous system
👯‍♀️ Connection to calm cortisol
🥾 Movement to shake off stress + boost energy
💧 Cold lake dips to move lymph + boost circulation
😆 Laughter to boost mood + digestion

You needed a reset, not a prescription.

Trip to the high dez with my Aries Rising Support Group #joshuatree

Here’s the full Revel-approved list of spots we hit + what I’d recommend if you’re planning your own desert getaway:

🥗 Cozy, home-cooked meals: the best when you’ve got a great group (our local friend suggested Aldi for affordable groceries)
🏡 @airbnb definitely get a pool and hot tub—trust me, a pool is key year-round (hello, cold plunge) and definitely a major bonus if you have pool table 🎱
🧘‍♀️ @earthyoga_andspa because it wouldn’t be a wellness weekend without dropping into shavasana
🌳 @joshuatreenps Skull Rock was my favorite (be prepared to scramble), but you can’t go wrong anywhere
🤠 @pioneertownlandco for that old western charm, cute shops, and petting zoo (seriously, the most beautiful animals)
🍻 @reddogpioneertown for good drinks and eats
🥖 @lunasourdough the sourdough baked goods and bread CANNOT be missed
🍸 @masomenosbar grab a drink and chill (they’ve been expanding since they opened because it’s that cool)
🍴 @kitcheninthedesert29 THE dinner spot for creative plates, great ingredients, and a true desert vibe

Save this post for your next desert getaway. Hope you enjoy these spots as much as I did! 🤗

Which one would you hit first?

The ultimate holiday recipe: good food, great friends, and a little sparkle! ✨

A little reminder this holiday season: take a moment to revel with the people who matter most. 💕

It’s not just about the food or the decor—it’s about the laughter, the stories, and those spontaneous moments (like dancing in the kitchen 💃🍝) that make it all worthwhile.

Let this be your sign to slow down, savor the joy, and create memories with your friends and family that will last a lifetime. 🌿✨

How are you making time to connect this season? Share your favorite traditions below! 👇

The energy around me is everything. ✨ When I fill my days with people who spark joy and lift my vibration, and focus my energy on what lights me up, I know I’m moving closer to my dreams.

Every day, I’m building me — one intentional moment at a time. 💫 Here’s to the journey, the goals, and the people who make it all worth it.

SF has been leveling up (or it just me?! 😉)👏🏼

I was so scared to come home from Mexico and fall into the same (somewhat boring) routine and old patterns. I wanted to maintain the spirit I had in Mexico - doing fun stuff and immersing myself into culture, art and people.

Being happy with the city you live in or where you spend most of your time is key to operating at a high vibration!!

Do you love your city? If you don’t, maybe it’s time to consider your options. Travel (especially if you work remote!), find local activities or move!

Thanks for the glow-up SF 💕
