Arigato, @fuji2hood, for inviting me to this Japan × Oregon Collaboration Festival! 🇯🇵❤️🌲

What a fun way to celebrate the love affair between Japan and Oregon through craft beer, cider, sake, amazing food, music, art, culture, and community.

Bonus: I got to test out my chopstick agility skills! I might have to turn in my Asian card. 😆 I also got to meet Mr. Dude, the fuzzy blue mascot created by Wieden+Kennedy and @travelportland to introduce Portland to Japanese travelers!

At the end of the day, my time with family revolves around the joy of shared meals—the discoveries, the new flavors, and the inspirations that arise from our culinary experiences. I find immense pleasure in traveling, eager to learn new cooking techniques and embrace fresh inspirations for my own culinary adventures. The food I have encountered in France, Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and Italy has truly captivated me, leaving me in awe of the rich tapestry of flavors and traditions these countries offer.
