LEG DAY 🦵🏼🔥

Never skip it.

Training your legs isn’t just about building quads, hamstrings and glutes — it’s an investment in how well you age.

Lower-body strength is strongly associated with better mobility, independence and longevity. Simply put: strong legs matter for a long, capable life.

And aesthetically? Nothing completes a strong physique like properly trained legs.

I train mine twice a week.

Want the exact 2-day leg workout I follow?

Comment “LEGS” below and I’ll send you the full workout. 👇🏼

Ah what a soothing and fun birthday getaway. I enjoyed observing and being part of connection in a lovely home that my friends, family and I utterly enjoyed. 👏🏽🥂

For those thinking why 30 Yoh! , it's because of how adulting has felt and how busy life can get however I remind myself especially now more so that I need to enjoy going with the flow and see occurrences in my adulthood as a reminder for me to go within. 🤍

KIRŪ is evolving. Same soul. A broader table. 🌿

Our main restaurant is becoming a wellness-driven dining experience — comfort food reimagined with thoughtful ingredients, intelligent nutrition, no seed oils and better carbohydrates, without sacrificing the indulgence, flavour or generosity that makes eating out special. KIRŪ Fine Dining remains, now as an intimate 12–20 guest, pre-booking-only experience, while our main restaurant welcomes walk-ins throughout the day.

And when summer arrives, we’re taking things outside: our garden Raw Bar will bring together oysters, sushi, ceviches, crudo and beautiful seasonal seafood against that extraordinary mountain backdrop. Sundays become something different too — KIRŪ Afternoon High Tea, filled with sweet and savoury indulgence that’s nearly guilt-free. 😉 Good food. Longer lives. Better company. A healthier tomorrow.

Women need testosterone too. It plays an important role in energy, libido, muscle and bone health, strength and overall wellbeing—alongside oestrogen, progesterone and the wider hormonal picture. When symptoms suggest something is off, the answer isn’t guesswork: it’s appropriate testing, clinical assessment and an individualised approach to optimisation. At AEON, we look at the whole picture—hormones, nutrition, training, recovery and longevity—because real optimisation is about balance, not simply pushing one hormone higher. Get in touch and start building a strategy designed around you.

Carbs aren’t the enemy — they’re fuel for performance. ⚡️ When used strategically, carbohydrates replenish muscle glycogen, support harder training, greater volume, recovery and ultimately muscle growth. The real key is understanding your macros and matching your nutrition to your body, your training and your goals. Stop guessing, start fuelling with purpose, and let the results follow. Get in touch with AEON and let’s build a personalised nutrition strategy that actually works for you.
