I had the absolute honor & pleasure to attend America’s largest menopause summit hosted by @wisepause Wellness an incredible women’s health focus initiative founded by @deniselpines at the iconic @skirball_la Cultural Center. The event was moderated by the incomparable @michaelapereira with speakers from Drs, women’ health experts & influencers like the hilarious @rayneparvis, BRILLIANT @doctor.truesdale (who I got to spend a wonderfully delicious Q&A lunch with) & an award presentation honoring the unstoppable force that is @justbeingmelani. There were lots of women’s health & beauty stations from my favorites like @caire_beauty, @teabotanics Hot Flash Tea & many others. We wrapped the beautiful event with a sound bath & healing work in the promenade accompanied with drinks & tapas. I got some energy work done by @zaia_arie_healer & gold ear acupuncture in 5 points by @lunabodyandmind. This seriously should be a 2 day event starting next year… a Meno-Chella 🤣 Thanks again Denise & Wisepause for having me 🫶🏾
