From a SOURSOP & TANGERINE refresher that opened the evening,
to OJOJO WAFFLES layered with PALM OIL JAM and ATADINDIN SYRUP.

Then came seared PRAWNS and CATFISH-FILLED GYOZA
resting in a warm PEPPER SOUP CONSUMME

The palate was reset with AWIN shots,
finished delicately with LEMONGRASS CAVIAR.

And we closed with PALM WINE ICE CREAM,
BITTER KOLA CRUMBLE,
and a final whisper of ATARODO CARAMEL.
