About Chef Allen Plemmons & Personal Chef Collective.

Meet Chef Allen Plemmons, founder of Personal Chef Collective (PCC)—a chef-led, Midwest-built culinary group creating unique, restaurant-level experiences wherever people gather.

Chef serves the entire Midwest region, traveling for events and placing chefs in key cities across Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, Nebraska, Arkansas, and beyond. No matter where he go, the approach stays the same: custom menus, local ingredients, and true hospitality. PCC creates everything from 3–10 course private dinners to fully customized family-style experiences with pricing designed to stay affordable while still giving guests chef-driven quality.

Every menu is built specifically for the client; nothing is mass-produced and nothing is repeated unless requested. They work directly with local farmers, producers, and artisans, and we collaborate with sommeliers, mixologists, and chefs across the Midwest to elevate every event. Some of their recent work includes• Five-course wine pairings inside a massive cave system in the Ozarks• Viking Fest in St. Joseph featuring open-fire, rustic banquet cooking• Ongoing tasting events with GOMERS of Kansas and Lenexa• Multiple private dinners, corporate events, and travel-based chef experiences across the regionWe also have upcoming dates and collaborations that we’re extremely excited about — details will be released soon.

At PCC, theh don’t see themselves as a catering company. They’re a collective of chefs who create one-of-a-kind culinary experiences, rooted in technique, local sourcing, and Midwestern hospitality. They don’t cater — they create.

⛲🏙️ "Where's yours, Jeremy Wyatt?" 🏙️⛲

After successfully defending the Destination Championship against J Fowler and Heidi Howitzer, The War Horse Jake Parnell stuck around and made sure to remind Jeremy Wyatt that he hasn't forgotten about him, easily being the reason Jeremy Wyatt lost the Fountain City Pro Championship.

This started last year in Saint Louis Anarchy and has continued into 2025 and into Kansas City. Where do Wyatt and Parnell go from here?

And a special #SponsorshipSunday shout-out to ALL of the sponsors of I Assure You, We're Wrestling.

I used to spend hours every week grocery shopping and meal prepping between work, kids schedules, and running multiple businesses.

Now? My Chef…yes, I just said “My Chef”!!…cooks fresh, healthy meals for our family each week, right from the comfort of our own home.

Sometimes the best self care is delegating the things that drain you.

If you are in the KC area, check out @chefallenkc! It has been such a great experience so far. 🤍

Been feeling extremely blessed & grateful I get the opportunity to do something I not only love but that I’m good at. Anyone who is thinking of a career shift let this be the sign, work hard, learn your craft & you can do anything.

Sidenote: Another amazing event with PCC, best private chef service in the Midwest. Book us for a wine dinner so chef will let me bring out some cool stuff 😅🤣
