As I close a chapter and end the year, I think of how this year has been such a huge BLESSING to me. How good my God has been. From depression and suicidal thoughts. To promotion, trips, and new cars. (Well one car.) I’m ending on a high and starting 23 with such glee! #happy #blessed #goodbye22 #hello23

As little as we are...it is God who is immense within us... :~)

2023… I can say that I accomplished every set goal and pushed myself to the absolute limits mentally and physically. It was the best and most difficult year of my life. I discovered a totally new side to myself that I never knew existed, felt unexplainable joy and loss. In the process of it all I found new purpose for helping and a love for health. Which now I have the privilege of showing people how to better themselves through fitness. That being said I am grateful for the experiences God has given me last year and everyone who was apart of that journey with me. I love you all 🩶
