Utah Day 3 photo dump!

Very big breakfast for a big day! Antelope Island was so cool with all the roaming bison! Salt Lake was so low due to the season, though.

The drive up to Guardsman Pass was very intimidating for a flat land Floridian like me... thank goodness my husband who's afraid of heights was driving 😅. But the view was worth the fright. Until next time, Utah!

I hope you enjoyed your bday trip, my honey! 😘

Utah Day 1 photo dump.

Mountains everywhere you look! The hike up to the Timpanogo Caves was BRUTAL, but so worth it. The caves were beautiful (and cold lol)! Caleb was a great guide and the climb down was much easier lol.

Let me reintroduce myself, my name is...
Carolina Salinas-Corbin!!!!!!

What a week! Literally the happiest days of my life. I wish i could fit the pictures with all those that were there to share the moment with us, but the love was too big! (I'll figure out how to shrink the picture lol.)

I can't believe I get to call you my husband 🥹! Forevah, for all time! I love you, my honey! Ahem... I mean, my hubby!! Thanks for all your love and patience. 🥰

I only wish you and my daddy would have had the chance to shake hands... he would have loved you too.

THE WOODLANDS, TX....

The Torchy's are definitely bigger in Texas! I was so nervous but my time there was absolutely awesome. Not a lot of exploring until Neil came to town bcuz honestly, I'd much rather share these new experiences with him than alone!

Its so good to be back home but I can't wait to go back for a full vacation! Also, we need an icehouse or two in Orlando, just saying.

The first sips of my beer flight were delicious! Until i took a few bites of the "unnecessarily spicy Carolina Reaper and curry wings". I couldn't even finish them, so spicy!

Park hopping with my love is the best way to spend our few days off together!!

No better way to celebrate my promotion than having dinner at the last place I interviewed and got rejected from. Thanks for the "no", @morimotoasiafla !!

The last few months have been great! Working at Torchy's has been quite an experience of ups and down and growing pains. But we're progressing!

Neil's garden has flourished! We've been able to enjoy some bok choy, kale, tons of shishito peppers and jalapeños! And pineapples!

We went to the Mango Festival with his parents. We're eating mangoes twice a day lmao. And we bought some trees too!

*happy sigh*

Decided on a spontaneous #fabulousfriday for our one day off together this week 🥲. To the #floridastrawberryfestival !!!

1. Kettle Cooked popcorn on the spot. 15/10
Just absolutely addicting.
2. St. Clemens Build Your Own Strawberry Shortcake. 20/10
We got a second round and all!
3. Smitty's Buttermilk Corndog. 6/10
Nothing out of this world and the line was too damn long.
4. Seeing such creative artwork! 10/10
5. Piggy Palace. 8/10
I had a pulled pork shortcake (sauce was DELISH) and he had a mac stack, I think. Just wish portions were a bit bigger.
6. Spending an awesome night with the #loml.... 10000000000000/10!!!!!!!
