I haven’t used a microwave in over 3yrs. I either reheat food in oven or by steaming.

Steaming is one of the healthiest forms of cooking & reheating food for nutrient preservation in our meals. This is the best option especially for reheating food cause it maintains food moisture & keeps it fresh. It also retains more flavor & color of the food too. Steaming lowers the cholesterol levels by reducing the fats in our foods. Steaming’s a method of cooking that requires moist heat. Boiling water which vaporizes into steam brings heat to the food & cooks it.

Research shows that the use of a microwave & it’s harmful compounds exposed in our foods on a daily basis are linked to serious cancer risks. Microwaves alters the nutrients in our food. By making the water molecules vibrate at high frequencies to heat the food leads to a change in the foods chemical structures.
Microwaved foods looses 60-90% of their nutritional value as well as significant portions of vitamins B, C, & E. As well as essential minerals.
This means it doesn’t use direct heat to warm foods. Microwaves also heats foods unevenly leaving “cold spots” where harmful bacteria can survive. The quick heating process doesn’t get rid of bacteria or parasites.

A study from Spain shows that they discovered a steamed broccoli lost less than 11% of its antioxidants, opposed to the microwaved broccoli which lost over 97%.
Microwaves emits radiation.
The healthy alternatives and safe route will always be to steam your food or use the oven.

Cucumbers + Pineapple Chow… 🍍🥒

The biggest practical benefits are hydration + nutrients + temporary mucus relief from the spicy ingredients.
The pineapple and cucumber also make this much more hydrating and lighter than the mango chow version. Rather than thinking of it as a “detox,” it’s better to think of it as a nutrient- and fluid-rich spicy fruit/vegetable mixture. Our liver and kidneys handle detoxification; a healthy snack like this helps aid in that detoxification when we begin to sweat due to the capsaicin from the peppers.

Mango Chow 🥭…

Mixing mangoes, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper sauce, black pepper, chili powder, and paprika creates a potent combination of ingredients that can have various effects on the body, especially when someone has a cold or is feeling sick. This combination can help with decongestion, reducing inflammation, fighting infection, aiding digestion, and boosting overall immune function. Which makes this an enjoyable healthy snack.

Always Eat a fruit 🍎 after drinking Bitters Tea ( Senna Pod + Cerasse ) ☕️.

It’s good to put fiber back into your body, and also rehydrate your body. Always eat an Apple or Kiwi in my opinion after taking any kind of detox or doing a cleanse. You dehydrate your body everytime you use the bathroom #1 or #2 both dehydrates you. So after any detox cleanse be sure to rehydrate and remineralize your body. 🔑

Senna Pods & Cerasse Bitters ☕️ … IYKYK

( I like to keep a balanced diet. Detoxing & cleansing as frequently as possible is an essential key. Trying to keep my body a more alkalized environment. Which make it harder for parasites and diseases to live inside my body. )
