Fresh. Fast. Fun. And seriously delicious. Chef Brunson Achiu helped us curate the perfect lineup featuring our Ahi Tuna Salad, Ahi Tuna Burger, with poke coming soon to the California Grill. Thoughtful technique, clean cuts, and big flavor all the way through. Our Ahi Tuna Salad stars fresh Ahi tuna, crisp mixed greens, and a bright wasabi vinaigrette that brings just the right kick. Chef Brunson walked us through the prep, the cut, and the balance behind the dressing, and we caught it all on video so you can see the craft behind every bite. It’s a new year with the same great food and service Whittier has trusted for 30 years. Open Sun–Wed: 8–9 Thu–Sat: 8–10 Come through and taste what’s next 🔥🐟
