Perhaps we need to bring back this Veni dish, it’s an absolute screamer. Butchered in house, meat sourced locally.

Seasonally we’ll change blackberries to quince

CLASSICS

Every Wednesday and Thursday evenings we elevate some classics and we have a new menu ready to go tonight

Start with a Welsh Rarebit, followed by a fish pie but not as you know it, ham, egg and chips and a deconstructed apple crumble

Seriously good eating. We have tables available if you fancy it. £34 for the lot.

We are looking for a strong chef de partie and a senior chef to join us in our local restaurant and bar in Pontcanna

We’ve got a cracking team who run a tight ship, with high standards across the kitchen and bar.

We’d love to hear from you so drop us an email to info@embercardiff.co.uk with your cv and anything you think is useful to your application
