Another farm tour at Moonacres this morning in the rain, joined by Chef @lukewmangan and Belinda Mangan, Chef @chefdavid_rayner and Belinda Frew and our next teacher at the school Andrea @the_traditional_plate and Will

Phil, who knows every inch of this land, led us through his new plantings and cover crops, shared stories of passionfruit and his deep knowledge of soil, sustainable farming and microbes.

Seeing this process is always a profound experience that deepens our connection to what we eat and how it’s grown. 🌱

Thanks Luke and Belinda, David and Belinda, Andrea and Will for spending the morning with us 💚
