Our head chef, Yuya Nakamura, has been named Talent of the Year 2027 by La Liste, an honor reserved for the most promising chefs of the year.

The Special Awards are chosen editorially, for creativity, craftsmanship, innovation and emerging talent

It comes within his first months leading our kitchen.
At the same time, MAZ has been selected for La Liste 2027. Its ranking draws on more than 1,100 guides, critics and publications, evaluating over 40,000 establishments across 200 countries.
We receive both with deep pride, and as a reason to keep pushing our exploration further.
