SNAP Life was born from something very personal to me — my own osteoporosis diagnosis and the realisation of just how much time and energy it can take trying to understand your bone health.

What should I be doing?
Where do I find reliable information?
How do I track everything?
What actually matters for me?

I wanted to simplify all of that.

To create one place that helps you understand your bone health, track and monitor your journey, learn, make small positive changes and feel supported along the way.

And now you can finally see it. 🥹💙

✨ Big milestone moment ✨

I’m so excited to share that I’ve officially completed my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) project at Rutgers! 🎓

This project focused on implementing the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) to improve and standardize sleep assessment in a functional medicine setting, an experience that deepened my passion for evidence-based, holistic care and improving patient outcomes.

I am incredibly grateful for the mentorship and support from Dr. Nicole Anderson, Dr. Thomas Loveless, and the Functional Medicine Center of New Jersey; this would not have been possible without you!
