How do you feel about black pudding?
The traditional English breakfast item, loved by most, treated with kid gloves by other.

Truth be told, it’s delicious!! It’s got a subtle blend of spices and packed with protein. We make our own at Eagle Ranch, but instead of in sausage form, we wrap ours in bacon 🥓. This makes it perfect to slide into a bed of brioche with a fried egg!!! It’s a sensual experience!!

Come and join us for brunch this weekend, give it a try 👍

Wagyu prime rib from our friends at @thej2ranch , dry aging for a couple of weeks in our cooler. This process tenderizes the meat, and intensifies the flavour, but it’s so important to start with the best product you can find. Thanks @thej2ranch for doing your part so well 😀
Stay tuned for updates on progress, and most importantly, when it will be served 🐮🐄🥩🍔
