I SUCK AT POSTING REGULARLY because I’m living my DREAM every day and it’s hard to record reality on a daily basis! If you want to see how dope my days are I’m going to need a show. (Hmmmm 😉)
Here we have just yet another one of my fave pastas I absolutely love making. Cheers to this Spicy Vodka Cream Sauce with grounded Wagyu Beef and fresh Spinach & Mushrooms from the homie Caroline @farmersmarketla !!! This dish puts a smile on everyone’s face!

One of my popular takes on Chicken Marsala which also is one of my favorite things to eat! The sauce was made by sautéing garlic and peas then reducing with a dry marsala wine and adding a red curry paste for a twist and kick.. The Chicken was of course pan seared to perfection while the asparagus was blanched, seasoned, and flash seared. The amount of flavor from this dish puts every one of my clients in a happy and better mood then they were in before taking a bite! I love this dish and I know you will too… #food #foodporn
